Duux: Launching an Impactful Influencer Campaign to Drive Consideration During the Heatwave

How focusing on the change in UK temperatures created mass reach and engagement for the air solutions specialist.

The Brief

Air solutions specialist Duux briefed Carousel to raise awareness of Duux’s hero cooling products throughout the hot summer months, as part of an overarching cooling campaign.

Our Response

We partnered with 9 influencers on both a paid and gifted basis to create content around the brand’s new Whisper Flex Smart Fan. As part of the cooling campaign, we onboarded five paid influencers, including: Day with Dad, Alice Catherine, Coco Lodge, Smith Home and Parkers Maple to ensure that the campaign produced content across a wide range of influencer niches across the family, home, tech and wellness space.

We also engaged with Home Life with Molly, Moving out the Ends, Lauren Swadling and Emily Mouu by sending them the products on a gifted basis.

We supported the influencer campaign with a hard working press office, and distributed a feature release focusing on wider tips to keep cool in a heatwave.

The Results

Throughout the campaign, we secured 14 pieces of coverage (including subsequent organic posts) via the paid influencers with a combined reach of 1.9m, as well as 7 pieces of FOC content by 3 influencers with a combined reach of 283k. The total reach for this campaign was 2,256,240.
