To showcase the new Valentine’s Day Afternoon Tea, we curated an exclusive luxury private dining experience in the hotel’s Botanic Tearoom, inviting local influencers to indulge and share the experience with their followers ahead of Valentine’s season.

The Brief

Our goal was to promote The Municipal Hotel & Spa’s Valentine’s Day Afternoon Tea experience ahead of the season, positioning it as the go-to destination in Liverpool whether for a romantic celebration or a special day with friends.

We were tasked with promoting The Municipal’s Valentine’s Afternoon Tea offerings ahead of the Valentine’s period within the hotel’s elegantly dressed private dining room space.

The Response

We harnessed the influence of local content creators to drive awareness and excitement ahead of Valentine’s Day at The Municipal Hotel & Spa, positioning it as the must-visit spot for a memorable experience.

To promote the launch of The Municipal Hotel & Spa’s Valentine’s Day Afternoon Tea, we hosted an exclusive Galentine’s Influencer Afternoon Tea event. Nine influencers were welcomed into the elegant Botanic Tearoom where they enjoyed a selection of welcome drinks, followed by a beautifully curated Valentine’s Day Afternoon Tea experience, complete with freshly brewed tea..

Throughout the event, influencers captured and shared an array of high-quality content, showcasing every element of the Afternoon Tea experience to their audiences and driving bookings for the hotel’s special offering.

The Results

Our Galentine’s Afternoon Tea generated outstanding results, with nine influencers delivering 17 pieces of social coverage, reaching a combined audience of 1.63 million and generating over 67,000 video views to date. Their engaging content was repurposed across The Municipal Hotel & Spa Social media channels, further amplifying the reach of the Valentine’s Afternoon Tea campaign. Coverage spanned key platforms including Tik-Tok and Instagram, driving visibility and excitement ahead of the Valentine’s season.
