Style & Stars at Selfridges' AW14 Showcase

Last Thursday saw Selfridges Exchange Square host its AW14 showcase – its first catwalk show for some time. A fashion event like no other, an array of stunning male and female models circulated around the store, styled in the very best of the season’s trends and most exciting pieces.From leather jackets by Belstaff and Balmain to Vivienne Westwood and Givenchy suits, a Dior cashmere coat to a Kenzo bomber, plus stunning full length gowns by Alexander McQueen and Marchesa-Notte (pictured), the show featured a wide range of pieces and designers from the new collections.Guests – including TV stars, celebrities, media and VIPs – dined on canapés, sipped on champagne and Alchemist cocktails and danced the night away to DJ sets by Everything Everything and Bipolar Sunshine.The event was a celebration of the new menswear destination at the store – which is the culmination of a recent £3million investment.For further information and all media enquiries, please email rebecca@carouselpr.com or fran@carouselpr.com
