This month we worked with Huawei to help launch the new P20 lite. Our brief was to secure a global artist for a free gig at a high profile retail location. Always up for a challenge, our festivals and events team got to work! Headed up by Gawen Higgins, the team quickly established intu Trafford Centre as the best location for the gig. With the venue secured, the artist was next on the agenda. For us, there was only one choice – international pop sensation Rita Ora! Following weeks of prep and planning, the gig took place on Sunday July 15 in front on thousands of excited fans. The pop superstar gave an outstanding performance of some of her biggest hits. Fans screamed, paps blazed away, autographs were signed, instagram popped and a very successful launch event was delivered.
