Activewear Brand Tala Lands in Selfridges

Athleisure brand Tala debuted their first physical store presence in Selfridges, Trafford Centre, and to help create a buzz, Carousel hosted an exclusive influencer event complete with yoga classes and healthy juices.

This exclusive partnership with Selfridges marks the first time that customers will be able to experience the brand in person, feel the quality of the fabrics and gain a deeper understanding of the brand's thoughtful processes around design and sustainability.

Senses Whiskey launches with an exclusive VIP night in Dublin

This month, the team flew over to Dublin to launch Senses Whiskey – a world-first, one-off whiskey with just 200 sets being made available globally.

Senses is an exciting collaboration between Two Michelin Star chef and the founder of Dublin’s Liath Restaurant, Damien Grey, and Rupert Egan, Head Bonder of Egan’s Irish Whiskey.

We hosted a small number of local and international media in the 14-seater Liath Restaurant, allowing them to be the first in the world to experience Senses, alongside a bespoke tasting menu created by Damien and his incredible team. Not only that – we secured a global exclusive in Forbes.

Camp Bestival and Victorious feature in top headlines

We’ve been running a hard-working press office building anticipation in the lead-up to festival season where Camp Bestival (Dorset and Shropshire) and Victorious will be showcasing arguably the hottest lineups this summer.

The Municipal Hotel & Spa Liverpool in The Times

The iconic city of Liverpool is home to a diverse array of fine dining establishments and hotels and The Municipal has earned its place in the roundup of best hotels. The stunning grade II listed building from the mid-19th century, once the home of Liverpool City Council, features expertly restored heritage details paired with contemporary embellishments for a luxury feel.

Carousel has secured over 300 pieces of coverage to date with highlights including The Times.

Mental Health Awareness Week at Carousel

We kicked off Mental Health Awareness Week with a series of treats and wellness activities to give the team a boost. With the theme this year being ‘Movement: Moving More for our Mental Health’, our qualified mental health practitioner Sarah put together a host of activities to get the team motivated.

From mood boosting healthy smoothies to lunchtime walks and even motivational messages, Carousel fully embraced and explored the importance of self-care concerning mental health.

Promotions and Team News

This month we are celebrating Alex who has been promoted to Senior Account Executive. During the two years Alex has been with Carousel she has achieved outstanding results across her accounts which include Cotton Traders, BISSELL and Media City.

We are also delighted to welcome Myah who joins us as our newest PR Assistant following a successful Carousel internship. Myah has recently graduated from Manchester Metropolitan University where she studied sustainable marketing and the use of robotics in tourism. She will be joining a number of accounts including Miniverse and We Invented the Weekend.
