Social Media Campaign of the Year – PRmoment Awards 2025 Shortlist

The team has been shortlisted for Social Media Campaign of the Year at the PRmoment Awards 2025 for their work with People’s Postcode Lottery.

Over the past year, the campaign saw the team travel more than 14,000 miles while delivering weekly creative content, strategic targeting, and effective customer acquisition. By showcasing how charities benefit from participation, the campaign successfully highlighted the positive impact of playing the lottery.

This recognition underlines the team’s commitment to driving meaningful results and supporting the charitable goals of People’s Postcode Lottery.

Spotlight Oral Care Event: Launch of Anti-Stain Tooth Powder

To celebrate the launch of Spotlight Oral Care's Anti-Stain Tooth Powder, the team hosted an exclusive lunch at One Hundred Shoreditch for key beauty and lifestyle press.

Guests enjoyed a two-course lunch while learning about Spotlight Oral Care’s UK presence and previewing key products. Co-founder and dentist Dr. Vanessa Craeven also shared insights on the new formula.

National Portrait Gallery Unframed - Frameless Appoints Carousel

Carousel has been appointed to handle the PR for Frameless’ latest immersive experience, National Portrait Gallery Unframed: Stories – Brought to Life, set to launch at MediaCity this May.

This innovative experience, developed in partnership with the National Portrait Gallery, pushes the boundaries of storytelling by bringing iconic portraits of influential figures to life. It will feature legends from music, modern art, activism, and history, offering a unique, immersive way to engage with these portraits.

Afternoon Tea Menu Launch at The Refuge at Kimpton Clocktower Hotel

To mark the launch of the new Afternoon Tea menu at The Refuge Manchester, the team hosted an intimate preview event, bringing together key press, influencers, and tastemakers for an exclusive first look at this indulgent experience.

Set in the elegant surroundings of Kimpton Clocktower Hotel, guests were treated to a luxurious selection of sweet and savoury delights, accompanied by a taste of the bespoke Refuge Blend, created in collaboration with Tea from the Manor.

Galentine’s Day Celebration at Metquarter

To celebrate Galentine’s Day, our team arranged a collaboration between Metquarter and All Over The Shop, to host a special workshop for influencers, followed by a ticketed event for the public. Guests enjoyed a tote bag design session, Prosecco, and Galentine’s-themed cupcakes.

The event was promoted through local influencer content, regional media coverage, and social media.

New Content Creation Studio Launches at MediaCity

Carousel supported the launch of a new content creation studio at MediaCityUK, designed to provide brands, influencers, and creatives with a space to bring their ideas to life.

The launch event saw over 200 attendees, with the PR campaign securing coverage in key media outlets such as The Business Desk, Prolific North, and The Manc. Social media content from influencers including Zoe Baptiste and Jordan Gaffney further increased visibility, with posts reaching over 500,000 people across Instagram and Facebook.
