Our PR, Digital and Team Highlights for February

February might be the shortest month of the year but we packed a lot into those 28 days!

Celebrating LGBTQIA+ History Month

We celebrated LGBTQA+History month with Kimpton Clocktower Hotel and its charity partner George House Trust. The Refuge displayed Cheddar Gorgeous’ powerful ‘Pink Triangle’ from Ru Paul’s Drag Race UK throughout the month.

To launch the exhibit, we invited key media titles, influencers and trustees to hear about the incredible work of George House Trust who strive to raise awareness of HIV and initiate positive change in breaking down the stigma that remains in society today. We secured 27 pieces of coverage with a total reach of over 55.8m. Highlights include Manchester Evening News, MSN, Manchester’s Finest and I Love Manchester.

Welcome, Koko Art

We’re excited to now be working with Koko Art!

Founded in 2010 in Camden Town, the shop was the first one of its kind in London. Specialising in hand painted shoes, Koko Art is a team of qualified artists from different countries and backgrounds, each one with their own style and passion for painting.

We'll be using our expert knowledge and skills to amplify the brand's social media, so check out their Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and Pinterest.

Festival Announcements!

So far this year we’ve had some epic festival announcements and February was no different. Victorious announced Kasabian as its 2023 Saturday headliner along with an incredible list of artists including Ellie Goulding, Pete Tong, Alt-J & Jake Bugg.

The team secured 186 pieces of coverage with a total reach of 845m. Highlights include BBC News, Sky News, The Independent, Evening Standard and ITV News.

We can’t wait to be back in Portsmouth for the festival in August!

Random Acts of Kindness Day

In a bid to spread kindness and a spot of cheer throughout Random Acts of Kindness Day, we worked with Metquarter, Liverpool to gift customers complimentary items and vouchers at random for one day only.

To help spread the news we posted on social media to let Metquarter’s followers know it would be happening as well as issued a press release to local media titles. We secured 12 pieces of coverage with a total reach of over 9.3m. Coverage highlights include Explore Liverpool, Liverpool Echo and The Guide.

New Carouselers 🎠

This month we welcomed two new team members! Alycia joins us as a Social Media Manager with over 4 years’ of experience. She has previously worked across sectors including finance, beauty, retail and leisure, for clients such as Standard Chartered Bank and WG&S. Anna joins us as an Account Manager with over four years of agency experience, having worked across both B2B and B2C clients for a range of brands in the food & drink, automotive and homes & interiors sectors.
