Kicking off the Mother’s Day celebrations Selfridges Trafford toasted mothers across the North West at their wine tasting event. Hosted by the resident sommelier at The Wine Shop in Selfridges food hall, mothers and their family were treated to an extra special wine flight. What’s more, guests could test their new found knowledge and select a bottle in store redeemable against their ticket. Cheers to that!

The Selfridges Beauty Breakfast, hosted by former STYLIST beauty editor Joanna McGary and blogging legend Anna Whitehouse from Mother Pukka, saw a panel discussion, tips and tricks for mothers and beauty aficionados, breakfast bites from San Carlo and of course, champagne. Selfridges were joined by local influencers, Into Trends, Laurie Elle, Mimi Le Besa, Anoushka Loves and Jacinta.
For those mother and daughters who preferred a little more of a lie in ahead of Mothering Sunday, the pamper afternoon hosted by Joanna McGary and celebrity mother daughter duo Pearl and Daisy Lowe was just the ticket. Champagne and delicious lunch offerings from San Carlo were the ideal accompaniments to beauty talks and tips from Peal and Daisy on what products work cross-generationally and timeless beauty.
