Earlier this month, Liverpool Art Fair welcomed more than 350 guests to the launch night of its eighth annual art exhibition, this year housed at Liverpool’s most stylish shopping centre, Metquarter.
Press, bloggers, artists, art lovers, friends and family were invited to take a first look at the artwork on show, whilst enjoying canapes and drinks from The Florist Liverpool, plus coffee from Metquarter’s newest tenant 200 Degrees which opens its doors in July.
Media attendance included: Liverpool Echo, Unlock Liverpool and His n Hers alongside a number of regional influencers. Carousel also set up an interview with BBC Radio Merseyside and Lucy Byrne, Managing Director of event organiser dot-art, which was broadcast on the weekly arts and culture show ahead of the launch night.
With a record breaking 300 pieces of art on display and prices ranging from £25 to a maximum of £2K , the exhibition includes artwork in a variety of media from painting and photography, to printmaking and sculpture.
The fair will be open to the public 7 days a week, 12pm until 5pm from 14th June– 1st September 2019; running for 80 days.
