First Look: Moda Angel Gardens

After nearly 18 months of planning and keeping secrets, today we were finally able to unveil the plans for Moda Angel Gardens to the local media.

At our breakfast briefing at The Ivy, Moda’s director, Oscar Brooks, briefed media on exactly what could be expected from this exciting new build to rent development, giving them a first look at CGI’s and a VR tour through the apartments and amenities.

Moda Angel Gardens will open this autumn in the heart of the city with 466 rental apartments, the most flexible renting rules and unrivalled amenities. From a car club to a rooftop sports pitch, no deposits to a residents’ app, Moda promises to bring a whole new way of renting to Manchester.

A radical departure from the traditional rental market, Moda will offer a much simpler process with zero deposits, zero fees and flexible contracts.

From spacious studios to penthouse apartments, each apartment is fully furnished and beautifully designed by leading interior designer Naomi Cleaver. In addition, every apartment comes complete with top spec tech including 49inch Samsung 4k ultra high definition smart TV’s as standard, 250mbps broadband and heavily discounted Sky TV packages.

The term ‘everything on your door step’ could not be more apt for Angle Gardens with its extensive list of amenities. Residents can enjoy access to their very own rooftop BBQ terrace, sports pitch, library, residents lounge, private dining room, gym and cinema room.

On site flexible workspace and bookable meeting rooms will give entrepreneurs, freelancers, hot-deskers and home-workers the perfect environment to find a quite spot to focus or meet and collaborate with other residents.

With the intention of combating the shocking national statistic that over 61% of renters are lonely, an extensive events programme - from rooftop yoga to BBQs - will give residents the chance to mix and mingle. In addition, community groups will bring like-minded individuals together; think book clubs, running clubs and getting together to watch the football.

Adding to the outstanding amenities, Moda will be partnering with some of the UK’s and Manchester’s most well-known brands to offer residents and those in the city even more. First to be announced is the opening of Hero Wellbeing, bringing a brand-new fitness concept to the city.

This first look was just the start for Moda Angel Gardens, there will be more announcements, partnerships and previews coming soon. If you’d like to be the first to know more contact us or follow @moda_angelgardens.
